Tracking has a successrate of (100% *(tracking/400.0)).
The maximum tracking distance is 100 tiles in the open world and 50 tiles inside a dungeon.
Invisible/hidden targets are trackable within maximum 12 tiles. Any invisible/hidden target outside of 12 tiles is not trackable.
The range of tracking invisible targets depends on your skills and is : (4*(hiding/400.0))+(4*(stealth/400.0)+(4*(detectinghidden/400.0))
In contrast to the past you can now only track people within your region while beeing in a dungeon.
Cross dungeon tracking is not possible anymore. In the open world these restrictions don’t apply.
The tracking systems does not consider targets that are in the same guild/party as you.
Manual tracking options:
Every 10 seconds you can track aggressive, animals, townsfolk(humans) and players.
These now show a rough distance estimation and are not specificly trackable.
You can choose aggressive, animals, townsfolk(humans) and players.
Once activated every 5 seconds it will track the nearest target to you. This target will be shown with a distance and an arrow of direction.
Using autotracking does not stop when using combat or other skills. You can also using tracking while beeing in combat.
Due to the serverversion the skillbutton on tracking might not work proper when beeing combat flagged.
To bypass any restrictions please use the .usetracking command.
It will remain active and search for targets until you stop tracking, enter an safezone or logout.
Just a friendly fair reminder, any characters used as tracking bots will result in all the accounts of that person beeing banned.
Play fair and nice, Happy Pk’ing
